Hello from Christmas break!

Hey there, I'm currently on Christmas Leave right now. Lovin' it. Right now I'm watching the making of Top Gun (my favorite movie). Just ate. Had some chili. They are talking about when Goose dies. That part always pisses me off. Anyway, I haven't worked out at all over leave. Gettin back into it is going to SUCK. It was good to see everyone. Especially my babygirl and my friends. I took Kendra out last night. Wore my uniform and ended up gettin drinks (Ginger Ale and Root Beer) and dessert for free. Plus two dollars off at the movies. We saw Sherlock Holmes. Very good movie by the way.
So tonight, I've got to print out my STA 21 stuff. I gotta get started on this stuff. It's a long shot but I think I can do it. I'll be flying soon! I feel the need, the need for speed!
So far I haven't gone flying over leave and that's aggrivating. The wind's howling like a banshee. Hopefully tomorrow the wind will have died down and I can fly. Peace out for now.

HOOYAH HOLIDAYS!

Hello there fellow readers. As you've noticed I haven't kept up with this in quite some time. Not that I've been terribly busy, but rather, A: My computer's broke, and B: I just really didn't care. Things are going to run a bit differently. I'm not only going to talk about flying experiences, but also my experiences as a whole. The day's events, workouts, and that kind of stuff.
Right now I'm hunkered down here in Atlanta with my brother. Tomorrow I leave for Harrisburg at 0941. There will be more later today for I am sure I will have nothing better to do tonight. Over and out.

Now officially a United States Sailor. Graduation was today and now I'm just chillin with my family and my woman. I gotta go back to base soon so I can be back by 1900. Oh what fun going back will be. Hoorah. Dress whites are a bitch to keep white, but I look damn good in 'em. Got my aviators back along with my watch. I gotta go to Pensacola for A school on 17 OCT 09, pretty stoked for that, Hoorah. Soooooo my girl is here watchin me type this and playin with my ear for some reason. I'm pretty psyched for being able to chill after working hours. Go play some ball, oh how I missed that. Flying, I gotta get back into the air soon. I miss that like crazy. That's an absolute MUST. I got to see my girl so I'm good for awhile with her :P just kidding, I can never get enough of her. She the best damn thing to ever happen to me.
So soon, I gots to go home to clean, probably stand some watch, bullshit with some of my pals, get sworn at by my RDCs, and possibly ITE a little bit. I love my job. Go Navy! Hoorah!

FIRST POST

If you have not read my previous blog, it was about the journey through Private Pilot training all the way to the checkride. This blog is different. Unfortunately, for awhile, the posts will be few and far between due to my enlistment in the Navy; hence the name Private Pilot in the Navy.During "A" School, I'm going to further my ratings and within the 14-26 week time period, get up to my commercial. After that, I'll apply to a STA-21 and college (EMBRY-RIDDLE). If I get accepted by both, go earn my bachelors in aeronautical science and take the Naval Aviator officer route in STA-21. I've got my plan, now I just got to do it. Wish me luck.
